Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure satchel, ensuring all original labels and hygiene stickers are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items reach our warehouse.
